Depositor Comments
The insert mTq2-Tat was designed by G.Grossi and M. Schwarz-Schilling and cloned by A. Dupin and M. Schwarz-Schilling. mTq2 sequence is from Goedhart, J. et al. Nat. Commun. 2012, 3, 751. Tat sequence is from Bayer, T. S. et al. RNA 2005, 11, 1848−57. The peptide linker sequence between between YPet and PCP is TRGGGGS.
