Depositor Comments

The whole insert (promoter, CDS and terminator) was synthesized and cloned into backbone plasmid. The EF1 alpha pomoter, the EGFP coding sequence and _-globin poly(A) signal are derived from pEF-GFP plasmid (Addgene #11154). The attB/P integrase Bxb1 attachment sites sequences were obtained from Bonnet, J. et al. Science 340, 599-603 (2013) (Genbank KC529327.1)
