Depositor Comments
The whole insert (promoter, CDS and terminator) was synthesized and cloned into backbone plasmid. The EF1 alpha pomoter, the EGFP coding sequence and _-globin poly(A) signal are derived from pEF-GFP plasmid (Addgene #11154). The attB/P integrase phiC31 attachment sites sequences were obtained from Grandchamp, N. et al. PLoS One 9, (2014).
