Cloning Information

Resource Information

  • A portion of this plasmid was derived from a plasmid made by
CIBN and CRY2 from Arabidopsis thaliana were respectively obtained from pCMV-CIB1-mCerulean-MP (Addgene 58366) and pCMV-SNAP-CRY2-VHH(GFP) (Addgene 58370) as described in the methods of Osswald et al., 2019. CRY2olig-VHH(GFP) was generated by site-directed mutagenesis. Construct is heat shock inducible.
