Homology arms subcloned from a clone of RPCI-23 C57BL/6J mouse genomic DNA library.
AscI and AsiSI (PacI-compatible) cloning sites in the XbaI site of ROSA26 (Soriano, 1999), a highly recombinogenic locus.
The 5' arm appears to have SNP's that differ between 129 and B6 genomes. Please see pROSA26-1 (#21714) and the reference B6J genome.
Please make sure the plasmid DNA preparation is pure by gel electrophoresis before linearizing for an electroporation.
