Please note that Addgene's quality control result found a 12bp deletion in the Neomycin Resistance cassette. The depositing lab has noted that this deletion will NOT affect plasmid function as described in their publication, but they have not tested for Neomycin selection directly. We suggest testing Neomycin selection if you need to generate stable cell lines.
