Depositor Comments

Plasmid p258 was
digested with BglI and BsgI and the 1.8 kb fragment was
isolated. A second aliquot of p258 was digested with BglI and
DraIII and the 1.3 kb fragment was isolated. Both of these
fragments were ligated to a double-stranded oligonucleotide
resulting in p264.
