Depositor Comments
This plasmid is provided in NEB Stable cells from Addgene; however, the depositor originally cloned this plasmid in JM109 cells. It is recommended to screen DNA preps from multiple colonies by Sanger sequencing, as this plasmid may be prone to deletions in the promoter region.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
