Bacterial growth condition

This plasmid may be toxic to some E. coli strains. Large quantities of this plasmid can be isolated using Strategene BL21 competent cells, low temperature (30 C), and carbenicillin instead of ampicillin to grow the cultures for an extended period (24 hours).
