Depositor Comments
This plasmid was constructed by modifying the Gbait-hsp70:Gal4 donor plasmid described in Kimura et al. “Efficient generation of knock-in transgenic zebrafish carrying reporter/driver genes by CRISPR/Cas9-mediated genome engineering” Scientific reports vol. 4 6545. 8 Oct. 2014, doi:10.1038/srep06545. The QF2 sequence used was described in Riabinina et al. “Improved and expanded Q-system reagents for genetic manipulations” Nature methods vol. 12,3 (2015): 219-22, 5 p following 222.
