Addgene diagnostic digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: BamHI and ClaI (separate digests)
We expected the following band sizes for this digest:
BamHI --8kb and .8kb
ClaI --8.9kb (linearization)
We see the expected pattern for BamHI. ClaI did not cut as it is blocked by overlapping dam methylation.
