This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzyme/enzymes: KpnI; SmaI+XbaI double digest
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 10.7kb; 9.7kb and 1kb. We see the expected pattern.
