A portion of this plasmid was derived from a plasmid made byWe obtained the 300bp human BB1 crystallin promoter fragment from Bei-En Chang's laboratory at the National Taiwan University. We obtained pDestTol2pA2 (#394), and p3E-polyA (#302) from the Tol2kit v1.2, and pMEmAppleCAAX (#768) from Tol2kit v2.0 (Kristen Kwan lab University of Utah). Kwan, K. M. et al.
