A portion of this plasmid was derived from a plasmid made byRat gamma 3 and rat gamma 2 genes were originally cloned in Peter Seeburg’s lab in Heidelberg. Subcloning into different plasmids, tagging and making the chimeric constructs was done in Angel de Blas's lab.
