Addgene diagnostic digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: XhoI+EcoRI double digest.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 8.5kb and 1.1kb. We see the expected pattern, however the lower band is very faint.
