To generate 35S:5mARF17, a 3.3 kb EcoR1-BamH1 fragment of the 6.6 kb 5mARF17 pBluescript clone was subcloned into pLBR19 downstream from the duplicated enhancer of CaMV 35S RNA promoter. See "sequence" for full insert sequence.
