Modifications to backbonePlasmid assembled from 4 CYANO-VECTOR modular devices: pCVD048 / CV-pANS: pANS is a replication device carrying a fragment of pANS (the small plasmid of Synechococcus elongatus PCC7942) including repA and repB for replication of the plasmid in S. elongatus. pCVD026 / CV-oribom: oribom is a replication device for E. coli with an origin and a bom site, for conjugal transfer, from pBR322 to assembled with a cyanobacterial replicon. pCVD002 / CV-aadA: aadA is a device that confers spectinomycin and streptomycin (SpSm) resistance. The stop codon was erased by mistake, another stop codon is however located 15 nt downstream in the transcriptional terminator. This device works perfectly well. pCVD031 / PconII-LTRBS-yemGFP: PconII-LTRBS-yemGFP is a functional device where yemGFP is driven by a PconII promoter; RBS and flanking sequences from the pENTR/SD/D-Topo vector.
