This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid AAV SYN PSAM4 GlyR IRES EGFP with the following enzymes: AgeI-HF and SmaI.
Expected Bands:
Sma I: 4469bp and 2575bp
AgeI-HF: 7066bp
*Note- in the SmaI digest there is a faint ~7kb band- the depositor noted this is not an issue for using the plasmid.
