Addgene diagnostic digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzyme(s): BamHI and SpeI.
Expected band sizes for these digest were unknown since the plasmid information was incomplete, but it is clear that these enzymes are NOT unique cutters. Therefore, we do not recommend using these sites for subcloning.
