Addgene diagnostic digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: BglII and BamHI.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 7.7kb; 7.3kb and 0.4kb. We see the expected pattern, it is possible that the 0.4kb band is too small to see on our gel.
