This gel depicts the NEB 1kb extend DNA ladder and a digestion of plasmid 11916 with NcoI-HF, EcoRI-HF, HindIII-HF, and XhoI.
We expected the following banding patterns:
NcoI-HF / EcoRI-HF double: 2 bands: ~3.1 and 3.8kb
HindIII-HF / XhoI double: 3.6, 2.6, and 0.8 kb
We see the expected pattern, although the 0.8kb is very faint.
