Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pMRE164 with the following enzyme: SalI-HF.
Expected bands:
SalI-HF If dep seq correct 7.6 + 2 kb. If CPS correct 5.6 + 3.6 kb
Results:
We observed two bands at ~7 kb and ~2 kb, which suggests that the depositor sequence is the correct one.
