plasmid Ubi:Zebrabow with the following enzyme(s): HindIII-HF,
PvuII-HF, and EcoRI-HF
Expected bands:
HindIII-HF: One band: 10,693 bp
PvuII-HF: Two bands: 9947 bp and 746 bp
EcoRI-HF/HindIII-HF: Two bands: 7651 bp and 3042 bp
Results:
We observed the expected bands for this digest.
