p53-GFP Notes
Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid p53-GFP with the following enzymes: EcoRI-HF and NotI-HF.
The EcoRI-HF and NotI-HF double digest produces the expected banding pattern - 2 bands at 1.8kb and 4kb.
