We expected the following band sizes for this digest:
AscI: 14kb
EcoRI: 4.3kb, 3.4kb, 6.3kb
NotI: 5.9kb, 3.3kb, 3kb, 1.8kb
XbaI: 56bp (would run off gel), 12.9kb, 1.4kb
We see the expected pattern.
