Addgene diagnostic digest for 11680
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzyme(s): BamHI-HF, XhoI, and BamHI-HF/XhoI.
We expected the plasmid to be linearized by digestion with either BamHI-HF or XhoI giving a band size of ~5100bp. A double digest with BamHI-HF and XhoI should result in the following band sizes: 4.7kb and 0.4kb. We see the expected pattern.
