This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pcDNA3-HA-ADH with the following enzymes: HindIII-HF and XbaI.
Expected Bands
HindIII-HF 6.9 kb
XbaI 6.9 kb
HindIII-HF/ XbaI 5.3 kb & 1.6 kb
These results show the expected bands.
