Resource Information
-
A portion of this plasmid was derived from a plasmid made byDmp1 promoter + first intron fragment was isolated and cloned into pBS-GFP vector in the lab of Dr. Steve Harris in the Department of Oral Biology, School of Dentistry, University of Missouri-Kansas City. Topaz GFP was purchased from Packard (originally from Aurora).
