Depositor Comments
PolyA PCR'd from pSG5 and inserted into the NotI and SacII sites of the plasmid pBS aP2 promoter (5.4kb). The polyA sequence is approximately 250bp and encompasses an additional EcoRI site.
An EcoRI site is also present at -1.7 kb in the aP2 promoter.
Addgene has compiled full sequence for this plasmid. Please see Notes link.
