AAV-CamKIIa-ChR2-EGFP Notes
Addgene Diagnostic Digest- EcoRI, HindIII
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid AAV-CamKIIa-ChR2-EGFP with the following enzymes: EcoRI-HF and HindIII-HF.
We observed the expected digest bands:
EcoRI-HF: on band, 7079bp
EcoRI-HF/HindIII-HF: two bands, 4073bp & 3006bp
