This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pENTR-R4R3-stop with the following enzymes: PciI.
Expected Bands:
Pci I: 3 kb
We see the expected results. The slight additional bands present at 4.2 kb and 1.8 kb represent the subpopulation that has dimerized.
