This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid with the following enzymes: EcoRI+HindIII and SalI+Not1
We expected the following band sizes for this digest:
5.9kb + 2kb + 1.8kb + 0.4kb + 0.3kb for the EcoRI/HindIII digest and 5.7kb + 4.7kb for the SalI/NotI digest.
We see the expected pattern.
