This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pORFE0011 with the following enzyme(s): NheI-HF and EcoRI-HF.
Expected Bands:
NheI-HF: One band: 3184 bp
NheI-HF/EcoRI-HF: Two bands: 2266 bp and 918 bp
Results:
We observed the expected bands for both digests.
