Depositor Comments
This plasmid is for IPTG-inducible expression of APEX2 in the E. coli cytoplasm. The APEX gene was subcloned from pcDNA3-mito-APEX and subsequently mutated by site-directed mutagenesis to generate the optimized variant APEX2.
