Please see the Addgene Partial NGS Result for the verified backbone. Please note this result contains only a part (around 670 bps) of the 800 bps telomere sequence repeats, with further variant repeats not seen by Sanger sequencing by the Depositor.

This plasmid may be prone to recombination due to the telomere hexanucleotide repeats, and therefore screening multiple colonies for the correct insert length is recommended before proceeding with downstream work
