Double mutant. NdeI site at start of mature protein. Stop codon, out of frame His tag on vector, then another stop codon. There are 10 extra amino acids at the 5' end of the coding sequence corresponding to a second leader sequence. E285Q is the correct sequence as determined by crystallography and different from Genbank.
