Addgene Diagnostic Digest
This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pCVD442 with the following enzymes: SacI and KpnI.
We expect SacI to linearize the plasmid and KpnI to drop out a 1.5kb fragment. We see the expected pattern.
