Depositor Comments
pFBDM was derived from pFastBacDUAL (Invitrogen), which enables the production of recombinant proteins in insect cells by baculovirus. This pFBDM vector is used mostly in our lab for the production of various target proteins composed of one or two polypeptides.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
