Final 653 amino acids, after CS2 D/GVDD proteolytic cleavage site (see Hsieh et al, Cell, Oct 31, 2003), but Gly mutated to Met to start protein. FLAG was cloned HindIII-BamHI 5' of the insert. Author has submitted sequence of insert. Click on "sequence" to view.
