This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pAAV2-SBECN1W with the following enzymes: SmaI.
Expected Bands:
SmaI 3 kb & 2.8 kb
Plasmid appears to be correct, although we are unable to resolve the two band sizes. Because other bands are also present, we recommend screening several colonies (3-6) by restriction digest before storing.
