This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pAAV-hSyn-Htt171-18Q-myc-WPRE with the following enzymes: SmaI.
Expected Bands:
SmaI 2.1 kb & 3 kb
Our results show the expected band sizes, although other bands are also present. We recommend screening several colonies (3-6) by restriction digest before storing.
