Depositor Comments
Replaced the puromycin resistance gene from pBABE-puro with GFP for cell sorting. HindIII-ClaI GFP ORF from phrGFP-c (Stratagene) was cloned into pBABE-puro. hrGFP =humanized Renilla green fluorescent protein.
