pMOTag-M9-4H
(Plasmid
#106379)
-
PurposeCan be used as a PCR template to amplify the M9-HA point mutant of glmS fragment for gene specific tagging that only allows tagging but not regulation. Acts as a control for glmS based gene regulation

A portion of this plasmid was derived from a plasmid made byThe pMOTag4H vector was a gift from Dr. Thomas Seebeck (University of Bern, Bern, Switzerland). Wild type and M9 mutated Bacillus subtilis glmS ribozymes were gifts from Dr. Vasant Muralidharan (University of Georgia). The glmS fragment with M9 mutation was cloned into pmotag4H plasmid by Teresa Cruz-Bustos.
