This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pFA6a-tdTomato-hphMX6 with the following enzymes: PacI and MluI-HF.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 5.8kb; 5.8kb; 3.9kb and 1.9kb. We see the expected pattern.
