This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid pFA6a-3YFP-kanMX6 with the following enzymes: PacI and MluI-HF.
We expected the following band sizes for this digest: 6.4kb; 6.4kb; 3.7kb and 2.7kb. We see the expected pattern.
