Depositor Comments
This is a modified version of pLV-EF1a-PGK-Puro. The puro-T2a-BFP marker was inserted from Addgene plasmid #50946. T2a is a linker, causing one RNA to be produced, resulting in two (BFP and puro) polypeptides.
These plasmids were created by your colleagues. Please acknowledge the Principal Investigator, cite the article in which the plasmids were described, and include Addgene in the Materials and Methods of your future publications.
