Depositor Comments

The GFP-ROCK1 construct was generated by PCR-amplifying mouse ROCK1 using FLAG-tag mouse ROCK1 (a kind gift from M. Samuel, Centre for Cancer Biology, University of South Australia, Australia) as a template and cloned into pEGFP-C1 (Clontech) using SacI and KpnI restriction sites.
