Depositor Comments
pSNAP-tag(T7) is a high copy number E. coli expression plasmid encoding SNAP26b, a SNAP-tag protein, which can be expressed under the control of the T7 promoter. Codon usage of the gene is optimized for expression in E. coli. The fusion partner should be cloned as a fusion to the C-terminus of the SNAP-tag.
