This gel depicts the NEB 1kb ladder and a digestion of the plasmid BE4-Gam with the following enzymes: NotI-HF and EcoRV-HF.
Expected Bands:
NotI-HF: 9.4 kb
EcoRV-HF: 9.4 kb
NotI-HF/EcoRV-HF: 6.2 kb & 3.2 kb
These results show the expected pattern.
