DNA element with no function and internal BsaI site generating a TCCG overhang upon cleavage. It is used in the first step BsmBI-based Golden Gate along with HC_Kan_conn_BsaI-3_p1 to flank the vector with BsaI stes. Vectors built in the first BsmBI-based Golden Gate reaction will be flanked by BsaI sites that are used in a second step assembly using as entry vector HC_RFP-4 (the part-entry vector for position 4).
